The Building Process
Whether this is your first home or your third, we believe in providing
you with a smooth and seamless building process.
Let's Meet
During the initial meeting and early planning stages, you talk and we listen. We talk through your preferences, lifestyle needs, wants and wishes. We’ll visit the home site with you to view the natural landscape for building. From your wish list we can discuss a suitable budget and begin to design your dream home.
Selection Time
During this step, You’ll make choices on interior and exterior finishes- this is where it gets exciting, this is where you make the home yours! We want to make sure you're comfortable with all of the details as the final construction drawings and a building timeline are created. With any design changes, interior and exterior finishes we will be able to quote your new home to your needs.
Review
During your final review, details are finalized and we’ll present you with a quality proposal and price quotation. We will answer any and all questions you have and make changes where necessary. Remember, this is your home so there’s no such thing as too many questions! You will have the satification of knowing exactly what you are being quoted.
Build
The building process begins! We'll clear the lot, lay your foundation, and you'll see your home become a reality. We will have updates that fit your schedule with on-site meetings. We want your input every step of the way! Soon your home will be complete—on time and on budget.
